Although unfortunate that it is overshadowed by the popularity of its neighbour (Watami) two doors down, we decided to give Aoba a go since Ang was craving for ramen while I wanted to satisfy my Japanese food craving :)
It felt like forever since we last had a decent catching up session...

Spicy Miso Ramen: Ang considers it a HIT while I hold a neutral view. Loved the egg though :)
Scallops salad: HIT. We both loved its sour salad dressing.
Black pepper pork: Obviously overcooked, the pork was really tough and a chore to chew on...
Wakame salad: This is always a safe bet for me. I learnt how to appreciate this dish after giving it a go from the sushi bar at my uni.
So Ang decided to be camerawoman for the night...
She wanted to capture an artsy shot of me with the ocha cup...It was a never-ending process.
