I'm sure you guys have heard so many nice things about my internship at Style:
Let me reiterate this again: I am so glad to have met them during my internship!
They were constantly looking out for me.
Leef designed my 21st birthday party banner (really ought to
blog about my 21st soon) and Mat brought me out shopping for my birthday dress and treated
me to a rejuvenating wash & style experience at her favourite salon on my 21st.
Besides the valuable working experience that I gained from the internship,
I'm really glad to have befriended them. I look up to them as my older sisters and I love how
young at heart, fun and caring they are.
Friendship knows no age boundaries.
People have this impression that there are many bitchy people working in the media industry.
I don't deny this fact. But for every bitchy person that exists comes along another good-natured
one.
Leef is always so cheeky! It's her cheeky demeanour draws people to her like bees to honey.
Tried this cake for the first time! Banana with butterscotch caramel....What a lovely combo :]
Love their famous chocolate cake! Although their desserts aren't exactly cheap,
they are a good portion for sharing. Every dining experience at P.S. Cafe always leaves
me feeling happy and stuffed.
Heh, no prizes for guessing who thought of this pose! I was secretly delighted that
they were so game on to do all the silly poses with me.

I love how much she treasures her friends, and I'm so glad that our paths have crossed!

J joined us for dinner and desserts too! So glad that he wasn't being painfully shy or
an awkward turtle. In fact, they all clicked well! Can't wait for the next hangout session.

I love how they have no qualms making fun of each other and laughing at themselves.

For the date, I wore the Layered Mini in White dress ($36.90) from Foggiare.
Does the belt look familiar? It came along with the nude meshed dress that I reviewed
previously.
Obviously, this dress requires no ironing. Time is money, right? So there, it saves you the
time (money) and hassle. Made from an elastic cotton material, the dress stretches to fit your
body shape so you don't have to worry about overeating. Go ahead and overeat! We actually had
a massive feast at Sushi Tei before adjourning to P.S for desserts :p
I would have paired the dress with a pair of nude heels but I chose comfort over
style that night. Y'know how magazines always advise us against wearing stripes that would
add inches to your overall look? It doesn't apply to this dress because it doesn't go crazy with
the stripes. The basic rule is not to overdo the stripes. Its thin stripes will help you to
achieve a classy look. Also, stripes will actually help women with little curves or a boyish figure
(me!) to create a more flattering body shape by hugging your curves at the right
places. Hope this helps! :)
