Pearls make wonderful embellishments on clothes and it is simple to make a fashion statement with them.
As seen in the photographs above, I’m wearing the Pearl Lined Top in Grey ($27.90) from Foggiare.
As these faux pearl embellishments are around the neckline, it is a good piece that allows you to flaunt your sexy neck or collarbones! In addition, the cropped balloon sleeves add a sophisticated touch to the top.
I wore this top out on a date with my favourite girls to Newton hawker centre and Daily Scoop. Love their homemade macadamia nut ice-cream flavour! :)
This outfit works for me as I can wear it out on a date, to work, and even to school. This is a truly versatile piece as I can match it with a pencil skirt, a pair of high-waisted shorts; or an old pair of jeans. I had a comfortable experience wearing this top out as it didn’t cling tightly to my body, all thanks to its lightweight material.
I guess the only drawback would be the need to hand wash the top to prevent the pearl embellishments from falling off. That being said, I honestly don’t think that it’s too much hard work to look good :)
