It is one of the blessings of old friends that you can afford to be stupid with them.

HI GUYS!!!

It's over, though not completely over but I'm finally done with all my classes and assignments for this semester! I felt a huge sense of relief and a big load off my shoulders after submitting my final essay :) It was such a wonderful feeling! Thanks to everyone who was so encouraging! I will definitely remember those who supported me through all the ups and downs in my life in Melbourne :) I don't want to get all emotional by reminiscing on my life as as a Monash kid now... Thanks for all the pleasant and unpleasant memories, Monash! I'm definitely taking home with me many important lessons from my tertiary education with you.

It's time to relish my freedom this weekend before I start on my exam revision! :)

Ang's third day in Melbourne!

Huff's bagels need no further introduction on my blog. I'm a serious advocate of these freshly homemade bagels!!! To date, every friend whom I've brought to Huff Bagelry left the place with a satisfied tummy :)

We cooked Chicken Bak Ku Teh for dinner using the pre-packed herbs -for the broth- that J's mom gave me before I returned to Melb! She bought it in Penang so technically speaking, it's Penang BKT. Strangely, the instructions stated the use of a whole chicken and not pork ribs! Fine by us, since we're both chicken lovers!

WHAT'S BREWING?

Our wonderful, no-brainer creation :)
We ♥ the herbal broth!

Mal once told me that pepper is indigestible and remains in one's stomach...
I love to season my food with heaps of pepper nonetheless! How is it possible to enjoy a bowl of porridge or poached eggs without any pepper right?

RELIVING OUR SUSHI TEI DATE...without our other partner-in-crime.

After washing the dishes, we headed to my room for a mochi maddness partayyyyyyy!

DESSERTS ROUND II - WE'RE GREEDY LIKE THAT

Earlier in the noon, we bought three different kinds of sweet treats!
Sesame mochi & green-tea-with-red-bean mochi :D
I miss enjoying a free-flow selection of mochi balls at a buffet!

I ♥ my greedy Capricorn partner-in-crime!

This snack was good too :D
My spare mattress doubled up as Ang's....

Missing your smile that lights up my life babe :D

Have a blessed weekend guys! :)
