Hi guys! 

I finally prepared one of my favourite homemade soups! No wonder it is known as the ABC soup. Preparing it is as easy as ABC, provided that you enjoy peeling the skin of potatoes and carrots. 

Thanks NEO for convincing me how easy it is to prepare this soup :) I ate enough potatoes to feed a starving nation tonight. I have a lousy estimation of my hunger level when I'm really famished. The slow cooker took ages before it worked its magic on the soup! 

What other Asian-style soups are easy to prepare?

I realised that I'm actually on the right track for my assignments, as long as I don't waste an entire day being unproductive :) Feeling good about it now! Have a great week ahead guys.
