I'm living my dream everyday.

Cheers to our home Internet that has resumed its normal speed now that it's a brand new month!

Hiiii guys, it feels like forever since I last wrote frivolously. Living with a crawling Internet speed for the past two weeks was really dreadful but thank god for whatsapp! In this technology-centric world, it's virtually impossible to drift apart from the people in your life even if you're miles away from home - unless you make a conscious effort not to care.

This is a massive update since I have so many photos in my phone to share!

Firstly, Happy April's Fool guys! :)
Whether you started a joke or ended up as the joke, I hope that you guys will have a reason to laugh today. I don't buy this "I'm too old for April's Fool" notion. Don't be a wet blanket and play along :)

I've been snacking a lot lately :D
McVities VS Marks&Spencer
Dark chocolate digestive biscuit
I actually love the biscuits from both brands but M&S biscuits are undeniably crunchier :) So nice of Ness's mom to bring them over for us!

Steamboat dinner at South Yarra with Bernice, Eric and Kai!

Love Bernice's special sauce concoction. Sesame oil, garlic sauce and chilli! This flavourful sauce really gave every ingredient the extra oomph :)

Sichuan steamboat :)
We over-ordered (i.e. five plates of beef, two plates of fish, countless plates of mushroom and veg among many other side dishes) but it was such a hearty feast.

Guess who's the odd one out? The age difference between the youngest and oldest person in the photos: FIVE.

Bernice is the only 90s kid! However, she's very mature in her thinking, albeit silly and blur at times. My nickname for her is Blurnice :D We went shopping together and I sleptover at her place last weekend! I couldn't stop gushing about how much I loved her room from the moment I entered it! It's so nice to fall asleep and wake up to someone beside you. In addition, it's such a heart-warming feeling to have a HTHT with someone before falling asleep. I really love her cosy room, which houses a spacious queen-sized bed! More importantly, I enjoy her company :)

We made an impromptu decision to hit a club, which is located a five minutes walk away from her house! The location of her house is awesome.

It was actually a gross feeling to dance with a stomach that was spilling over. I actually had stitches on the dancefloor. Sichuan steamboat and alcohol clearly do not go well together.

After the night ended, the boys were so sleepy and bored :/ Estella, these photos were taken by the harbour...The club that you ought to visit when you're here is located here. I hope I'll be able to join you guys then :]

Spotted a very bored looking Dalmatian dog at Camberwell flea...I had an impulse to snap the photo and tag J as the doggie. They both share the same sleepy and bored expression when they are at a shopping joint. Hahaha

Menya @ Melb Central ♥
Decent Japanese cuisine for lunch.
Ang, you'll love the teriyaki chicken don here! Your fave :D I'll definitely bring you to dine here.

Old habits die hard - I can't stop doodling in boring journ tutorials.
In the first photo, it reads Singapore in nihongo :) I love Singapore and I don't get the people who throw groundless criticisms at our country. I'm so proud of how far we've come. Don't get me started. It's not national day yet! Schai for PAP! D:

Studious Ness! Fav chips brand besides Red Rock Deli and Smith.

♥Feeling the love♥

Two nights ago, we decided to doll Amy up in the middle of the night. Smokey eyes and wavy hair...

My room is a photo shrine now. I gave my room a mini revamp sometime last week :) Shall not reveal too much. Can't wait for my best friends to visit me and play SPOT-YOUR-FACE!

♥ Lovely frame, loveliest friends♥

Whatsapp has become a fixture in our LDR.
"Ouch, flash too bright!"
"Double eyelids for you, you like?"
Heaps of ♥ to my silly chewy boy who looks nothing like his usual self here.

Fashion with Foggiare #5

Here's a brief review of the dress that I wore for J's 22nd birthday celebration since the previous review that I wrote vanished together with my domain :(

Their signature dish, US Prime Beef Tenderloin with Truffle Potato Croquette and Asparagus is a must-try item on their menu!

For this special occasion, I was clad in Foggiare's Tiered Party Dress in Navy ($39.90).
I love the unique front mesh cut out of the dress, which defined my shoulder and collarbones nicely :)
Chiffon is every girl's best friend. Its lightweight material makes it perfect to be worn out on a warm and humid day.

The bright red satin belt that comes attached with the dress adds a pop of colour that brightens up the overall look of the outfit. In my opinion, the sheer mesh cut out really plays up the outfit's elegant feel.

I'm ending my virtual ramblings in a bit :D

The good news that I mentioned in my previous entry is that I'll be receiving a unit exemption for my internship stint at Style: It's been approved and I'm waiting for it to be finalised! The thought of being enrolled in only three units for my final semester makes me super excited for graduation, which I haven't decided if I should stay on for because I want to return to SG by early Dec to participate in my first full marathon.

Thanks genny for buying this month's issue of Style: and snapping this photo for me.
"This single shot took countless of poses and over an hour to capture under the watchful eyes of two security guards from C."
My first and last appearance in a fashion magazine :D

MISSING EVERYONE BACK HOME! Hope y'all are coping well with your studies and work. I have a mid-term jap test next week. Ace it, ace, ace it! Ace it, ace, ace it!
