Hi guys!
I'm having a writer's block now so I'm gonna share with you guys a simple homemade salad recipe.

Ingredients

Sliced smoked salmon
Rocket leaves
(buy the washed and ready-to-serve salad mix from Coles if you're lazy like me)
  Two slices of wholemeal toast
(healthier alternative to sauteed crouton)
A tablespoon of cranberries
Semi-dried tomatoes
(available at the deli in the supermarkets here. I know da paulo sells it too!)
Olive oil
Lemon wedge

I am convinced never to order an expensive salad when I dine outside again.

The only drawback is that I still felt hungry after devouring this delicious salad so I snacked like a hungry monster on junk food. Two slices of bread can't fill me up. Can this even fill anybody's tummy up? Yes, maybe if your surname is Neo. Hahaha, sorry for the blatant personal attack.
I used to eat four slices of bread on Sunday mornings when I was younger and couldn't give two hoots about my waistline, which explains why I dozed off half the time during the pastor's sermon.
My favourite bread spread? One thick layer of peanut butter followed by another thick layer of kaya on a single bread toast! Have you tried this bread spread combination before? You should if you haven't!
I'm the biggest fan of all four S-flavours: Sweet, sour, spicy and salty! I love diabetes-inducing sweetness, shocking sourness, tongue-numbing spiciness and kidney-damaging saltiness! I love food peppered with MSG, especially flavourful instant noodles soup. I know it's quite hard to imagine me surviving on such an unhealthy diet but I do. I try to strike a balance with exercise :)

As requested by Y, here's a small glimpse into my newly-revamped room. At times, I feel like a self-deluded princess living in my own world :) Tell me that the sight of my new quilt cover makes you happy too!

Today feels like a gloomy day. Maybe it's the cold weather or maybe not. I guess it's the sudden change in mood from "Weekend! Fun fun fun!" to "Back to School!". I don't want to complain too much because I have friends who get by on a busier timetable. Hang in there guys :) Two more weeks to the Easter break! Excitingggggg...

Why must bad things happen to good people? This, we will never have an answer to. However, I think that half the time, there are warning signs beforehand. If you want to ignore the signs and court a heartache, go ahead. A heart can break and be healed again and again, but it will never be whole again. It will always carry the unpleasant memories and regrets of your mistake.

18 more academic weeks before I'm officially done with my tertiary education! #thinkpositive
Have an awesome week ahead! :)
