I'm living my dream everyday.

  Hi guys...
I'm so mentally and physically drained now :*(
I caught a flu after a few consecutive late nights and minimal sleep so I had to rely on meds for the past few days. I'm feeling much better now though my nose still leaks every now and then, especially when I'm walking in the cold. I guess what made being sick worse was having to work on my assignments in my drowsy state of mind.

Last weekend, I met Estella, Ant and their diving friends who are here in Melb for their graduation trip. I brought them to Hwaro for the yummiest Korean BBQ meat! You gotta try their bulgogi beef, ox tongue, pork belly and chicken when you dine here. It was good to dine with a big group because we could order a wide variety of items from their menu.

I intend to bring J to dine here and I'm pretty sure he wouldn't want to order their pork belly or chicken. He'd gorge himself silly on all kinds of beef. Right, I'm having second thoughts about bringing him here ^^

Ox tongue and mushroom, anyone?

Kimchi pancake is one of my favourite Korean dishes :)

Ant likes to be a photo-bomber. Anyway, he is possibly the chirpiest guy I've ever met, which is good because Estella will never have a bored moment.

Hi liowch, this is us sniggering at you! Have you mastered this pose?

After dinner, we headed to Crown casino. As usual, I left poorer but I had better self-control this time round so I lost only $20. Thrice bitten, still not shy?!! Bernice lost over $50 but she didn't beat herself up over her losses. I really admire her positive attitude :) I, on the other hand, tried to spot casino chips/money on the floor while walking around the casino after losing $. B laughed at me...But guess what?!! I spotted 20cs on the floor! Hahaha, my lady luck appeared a tad too late. And nope, I didn't pick up the coin.

On Sunday, I brought them to Camberwell flea. Pity they had to leave early to skydive, which is one of the things on my bucket list that will never be struck off because I have no balls.

I'm so glad that school is almost out. Next Thursday marks the last day of school for me since I have a Japanese oral exam. It's awesome that I have so few contact hours next week. Damn, I'm in the mood for hols already! Gonna reward myself with a good break when J is here.

Sigh, I have a Japanese listening test tomorrow. How do I prepare for it? In B's words, "Make sure you dig your ears!" D: I hope that the dialogues in the test will be slow enough for me to digest and comprehend. What I dread most about studying Japanese are the listening and oral components.

Have a good week ahead guys!

♥ Serene
