I'm living my dream everyday.

Here I am with my virtual rambles in my love guru state of mind...
THE CONS
You constantly feel like you're missing out on the other person's life.
When you're having fun, you wish that he could partake in the fun with you. When you're sad, you wish that he who knows and understands you well would comfort you best. When you receive a piece of good news, you wish that he could see your face light up on the spot. When you're excited, you can only contain your excitement and allow it to spill over in words and expect a delayed response. When you tuck into a hearty meal, you wish that he could savour it with you. When you're walking home alone in the cold with your hands in your pockets, you yearn for a different kind of warmth -from intertwining fingers and a firm grip. When you've spent hours in front of your computer with your back screaming for a break, you know that head rotating, neck cracking and self-massaging pale in comparison to a pair of external hands that can easily reach all your problem areas and soothe your aches. When you're trying to fall asleep at night, you curl into a ball under the thickness of your duvets and suddenly, your bed feels so big.
THE PROS
You know that if both of you can survive this trying phase, the trials that beckon in the journey ahead will seem less daunting. You have your own space and he has his own. Your relationship will be built on the basis of love and trust. It will be a great testimony of love that you can share with your children and grandchildren in the decades to come. Little efforts and small gestures are truly appreciated. You value your time when you're together. You take each other for granted less. Communication becomes a privilege and not a chore or routine.
I choose to believe that the pros outweigh the cons and the joy overrides the sacrifices.
Thank you for reading and have a nice day :)
P.S. I just needed to steer away from my journ essay topic for awhile.
