SO RAISE YOUR GLASS
IF YOU ARE WRONG IN ALL THE RIGHT WAYS!

Hiiiii guys!

Today is a TERRIFIC THURSDAY because I cleared my Japanese mid-term test. Currently, I have a 1,350-word comm essay due on next Friday, which I'm gonna complete ahead of time to enjoy the next long weekend with J! Frankly speaking, a 1,350-word essay doesn't seem intimidating after all the 2,500-word essays that I've completed in the past semesters. Here's a relevant quote to consider:

"It ain't braggin' if you can back it up"
(Dizzy Dean)

Very complacent and cocky, MISS CHAI.
Current word count: A BIG FAT ZERO! *confetti*

Another meaningful quote to share:

Everything starts as somebody's daydream.
(Larry Niven)

MY WEEK IN PEEK-TURES:

What luck to spot a gorgeous five buckeroos ring that was on offer at Aldo!

 Rock candies from S :>

I am utterly amazed by J's diligence.

Take it easy, baby!

I really love GOLD - solid, plated, engraved, studded, or embellished...I love 'em all!

French fare for brunch with XY

Chokolait haven :D

It was my first time having chocolate pavlova. I really enjoyed the moist and spongy layers of the cake, though the creamy bit was a tad too overwhelming. Anyway, I was wrong to assume that this was an Italian dessert! I did a quick search on Google and surpriseeeeee, the origin of pavlova remains highly debatable between NZ and Australia!

Brunch at Laurent after our camberwell flea date :>

Laurent's turkey baguette was disappointing, to say the least. That said, their desserts are worth a try! I love fruity custard tarts x infinity!

Chocolate + coconut + cherry + macaron = burst of flavours in your mouth

Auntie Gao is the new spokesperson for oats desserts.

We girls just love to indulge in sinful brunches, meaningful conversations and a little shutter click every now and then ;)

DEAR SEPTEMBER, please be splendid!

P.S. Falling in love with several of Glee's renditions.
P.P.S. My home Internet is working at its normal speed again! There are so many reasons to love the start of a new month :)

LOVE, SERENE
