Here's a perfect dress for a Sunday brunch :)

Hiiii guys! :)

Today, I caught up with Elibird over brunch at Maison Kayser :)

My favourite brunch item was their homemade mushroom soup!

We were joking between us about a review on HGW that mentioned a complaint of the soup being served cold, that the reviewer actually wasted time snapping photos of the food, which was why the soup turned cold! Anyway, by the time we were done snapping the photos (in a jiffy), our soup wasn't really hot anymore. I think it's got to do with the cold temperature of the mall. So girls who love to take photos of your meals, do take note and don't waste too much time snapping 'em ;) The salmon quiche was quite delicious too, though its tart crust could have been a tad more solid.

Their chocolate eclair is a MUST-TRY item! :)
It's not often you bite into a chocolate eclair and find chocolate stuffing in it...This is the epitome of a classic chocolate eclair!

We enjoyed their cirtus tarte too :)
The lemon filling was really generous, which kinda overwhelmed the ratio of it to the tart. Heh, it'd have been perfect if there was a bigger ratio of tart to its filling. Anyway, I really like the refreshing taste of its filling.

After brunch, Eric picked us up from FEP in his new ride. Hahaha, I thought he was kidding about it. Thanks so much buddy! Thereafter, we made our way to Rochester for tea...

Eli was helping me to snap some photos on my phone when Eric returned with his order...
Presenting our posterboy for Starbucks.

It was so nice to catch up with everyone after HALF A YEAR! Time really flies...Well exactly a year ago, we were freezing our bums off in Melbourne. Look where we are now! I'm glad that everyone is happy and well :)

Thank you elibird for helping me to snap these photos of my outfit, which is sponsored by Postcard to Penguin (I know, what a cute albeit quirky name!), the brainchild of a friend ;)

I love how the floral details of this dress are highlighted solely on its collar with the dress in a pretty shade of dusty pink. It does exude girly, vintage vibes, doesn't it?

There is an ongoing contest that will be ending two weeks from now.

Postcard to Penguin will be picking one of my lucky friends (HOPE IT'S YOU!) to receive a giveaway item from their collection, and all you have to do is follow these two simple steps:

1) Like their Facebook page
2) Share and comment "I heart this!" on their (JUNE COLLECTION I PREVIEW) album

Please show your support and spread the word!
Hope you guys will enjoy your shopping experience with them. What I like about their shop is that the items retailing aren't commonplace in the online BS industry. Check it out to see for yourself!

Have a joyous week ahead guys :)

Love,
Serene
