I'm living my dream everyday.

And in this crazy life, and through these crazy times
It's you, it's you, you make me sing

We spent one of our final moments during my summer break walking Milo & Jujubear :)
I am definitely not an animal lover like J but I have a huge soft spot for little children.
If I did not pursue my interest in Mass Comm, I'd have definitely given the Early Childhood
course a go. I love kids so much that I would squeal into J's ears repeatedly about how cute
the little characters are when we're watching a movie, while conveniently ignoring his
countless pleas to shut up :p

I guess you can infer a lot about a guy's character from the way he treats his pets.
J behaves like a disciplinarian master to the dogs when they misbehave, and does a lot of
funny things to them -like putting Junior into a plastic bag and swinging him around or
carrying and air-walking his dogs in a bouncy manner while telling them that they are walking
on the moon- when he's in a cheeky mood. In reality, J is really quite a prankster and he chides
me when I spend too much money and time on shopping.
Big bully, in every sense of both words.

Having been afraid of dogs and cats since young, I never thought that I would end up
with a guy who adores dogs so dearly. If I am single now, "having pets at home" would have
naturally been a criteria if I were to list out all the no-nos for a boyfriend.

Isn't love amazing?
It really opens up your mind and changes you into a better person - not just for yourself
but for your partner. You learn to be more accepting of your partner's idiosyncrasies and
mindful of his pets peeves. More importantly, you gradually abandon your selfish ways and
try as you might to rid your mind of self-centred thoughts to accommodate his opinions and
lifestyle habits. Although there will be times when doubts flood your mind, I guess at the
end of the day, you know that there will always be someone -apart from your family-
who will love you unconditionally.

Cause it's you and me and all of the people,
and I don't know why I can't keep my eyes off of you.

Oh well, I guess I'm a little envious whenever I come across couples strolling together on campus. How nice would it be to have J here physically to share with me my joy and frustrations?
